1. Subscription Overview
- Subscription Fee: Members agree to pay a subscription fee of $10 per week. This fee will be billed automatically on a recurring basis.
- Membership Duration: Membership is ongoing and will continue until canceled by the member.

2. Membership Benefits
- All members have access to the following benefits:
  - Participation in community meetings and discussions.
  - Access to educational resources, workshops, and seminars.
  - Eligibility to submit business ideas for funding consideration.
  - Quarterly payouts based on the profits generated by businesses created through the group.

3. Quarterly Payouts
- Eligibility for Payouts: In order to receive quarterly payouts, members must maintain their subscription for a full calendar year (12 consecutive months). 
- Payouts will be distributed based on the profits generated by the businesses funded by the collective contributions of all members. 
- Members who cancel their subscription before completing the required year will forfeit their eligibility for any payouts.

4. No Refund Policy
- No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once the subscription fee has been processed, it cannot be refunded for any reason, including cancellation of membership or non-usage of benefits. 
- Members are encouraged to fully understand the commitment before subscribing.

5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Process: Members may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying Dalton Prosperity Group through the designated cancellation process on our website or by contacting customer support.
- Immediate Effect: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred after cancellation.

6. Member Responsibilities
- Members are expected to:
  - Engage actively in community discussions and provide constructive feedback.
  - Respect the community guidelines and support fellow members.
  - Share ideas and participate in the collective growth of the group.

7. Changes to the Subscription Policy
- Dalton Prosperity Group reserves the right to modify this subscription policy at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the group constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
